Vos responsabilités

Takeover of complete work packages for the preparation, support and control of public-law approval and permitting procedures as well as organization and obtaining of crossing and road use contracts
Control of internal and external service providers as well as interface management of internal departments such as easements and junction management
Information and coordination meetings with the approval and specialist authorities as well as citizens and other stakeholders including landowners
Coordinating the preparation and quality assurance of approval documents
Negotiations with landowners, authorized users, associations, municipalities and other public institutions (legal person)

Votre profil

University degree in the field of environment, law, spatial planning or a comparable field of study
Professional experience in the support of approvals and in the approval process of large infrastructure projects
We also expect good project management skills, ideally in combination with a certification, e.g. (IPMA-D or higher).
Responsible and goal-oriented work, entrepreneurial thinking, enjoy working in a team
Good analytical skills and a structured, efficient and independent working style
Since the focus of the project is in Germany, good to very good written and oral German skills are mandatory, along with good English skills.
