Vos responsabilités

Supporting the project manager in controlling and coordinating the service providers
Maintenance of the project and approval schedule including review and integration of third-party schedules.
Planning and delimitation of work packages, control and coordination of the fulfilment of the work packages with the responsible persons
Continuous improvement of the project management tools and processes used by organizing and moderating workshops
Coordination and cooperation with other project managers in all aspects of project management
Documentation and delivery of progress reports
Assessment of the effects of changes on the project planning and recommendation of countermeasures

Votre profil

In addition to experience in the management (including scheduling) of large projects, ideally from the infrastructure environment, good knowledge of MS Project or Primavera is essential.
We also expect good project management skills, ideally in combination with a certification, e.g. (IPMA-D or higher).
Since the focus of the project is in Germany, good to very good written and oral German skills are mandatory, along with good English skills.
No matter what industry you come from, if you have been able to gain experience in large-scale projects, that is a very good basis.
