Your responsibilities

Support the management and be the central element in the lead of the group’s human resources.

You will be responsible for the HR strategy, developing the employer attractivity and internal life.

You will have the opportunity to develop your responsibilities by working on a variety of complex legal, fiscal and human resources issues in an international and cross-border context.

You will supervise career plans, training, cost centers and support the integration of international profiles on the territory.

You will be responsible for the development of the company in Germany and its international locations.

Your profile

Graduate from a French or German university.

Experience in human resources strategy, internal processes and administration.

Interest for new technologies and industries as background for the selection of experienced profiles and the lead of recruitment interviews.

Autonomous, at ease with decision-making and choices, you have excellent interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of labour, social and legal law is a plus.

Fluency in French, German and English is essential.

Independent and able to work remote with efficiency
