Your responsibilities

Development and optimization of quality management in the project (ISO 21500) and promotion of QM activities such as quality planning, control, assurance and improvement
Maintaining the project manual and creating quality requirements for contractors.
Active and thorough documentation of the work results
Active contribution or suggestion for the development of new standardization possibilities, quality improvement, process optimization or PMO services
Organisation, preparation, implementation and follow-up of workshops and quality audits and, if necessary, monitoring the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

Your profile

Successfully completed studies in economics, engineering, (business) informatics or a comparable field of study
Professional experience in large infrastructure projects desirable
We also expect good theoretical project management skills, ideally in combination with certification, e.g. (IPMA-D or higher).
Independent and goal-oriented work, entrepreneurial thinking, enjoy working in a team
Good analytical skills and a structured, efficient and independent way of working
Since the focus of the project is in Germany, good to very good written and oral German skills are required, as well as good English skills.
